Bureka Rice filling

Ingredients:

1 C rice

2.5 C water

3/4 T salt

1 t oil

1/4 to

1/2 feta cheese

1/2 C romano cheese

pepper to taste

1 egg

1 egg white

1 t cottage cheese

Directions:

Combine water, salt & oil. Bring to a boil.

Add rice and stir bringing it back to a boil.

Reduce heat to a simmer, #2 ON STOVE for 20 minutes.

Let cool for 30 minutes.

Add rest of ingredients and stir.
