Sam (Kane) Eskenazi

Sam (Kane) Eskenazi, 87, died peacefully at home on July 20, 2015. Sam worked in the tile industry for more than 50 years, starting with the Mosaic Tile Company and later managing the Northwest region for Dal-Tile, the largest tile company in the United States. Sam was an avid golfer and world traveller having visited more than 40 countries. He is survived by Joni, his loving spouse of 56 years, who cared deeply for him during his struggle with Alzheimer's. He is also survived by his brothers Al and Jack Eskenazi, late sister Sally Benaltabe, sons Gregg, Marty and Jay, daughters-in-law Margaret and Madeleine, and grandsons, Aaron, Raymond, Simon, Daniel and Benjamin. He was a great husband, father, grandfather and friend to many, particularly those in the Sephardic community. Sam was extremely appreciative for the excellent care he received for many years at the Kline Galland Home. He was loved deeply and will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday July 21, 2015 at the Seattle Sephardic Brotherhood located at 1230 N. 167th Street, Seattle, WA.
